My name's Mike and I am a pretty down to earth guy from small town NY, not too much to say, but here's a bit about me: -In the last 5 years I've lived in Virginia, Texas, and Maine with a lot of opportunities to learn about myself and the world. -I am finishing up a B.A. in Psych. with a minor in Neuroscience right now and will probably go for a Masters in Social Work after this -I love the outdoors, but I hate the cold. -The only sport I really love is soccer, the rest are just ok to me. -I love kids and animals. -I really enjoy community service of all kinds, which unfortunately I haven't had too much time for in the past year, but hopefully will get back into soon. -Just like so many others, my family and friends mean the world to me. -I'm mostly an optimist and I've been called a bit of a bleeding heart before. -Even though I've yet to me the right guy I've only ever been the relationship type and anything other than monogamy is a foreign concept to me. ...So I guess that last part leads to what it is I look for in a guy. I don't think that I really have a type per se, but obviously on some level attraction matters. I prefer a guy who can be goofy and lighthearted with whom I can also have some witty banter. I love guys who are good with kids, to me it speaks volumes about their character. I'm also definitely a sucker for a nice guy...I don't know who said he finishes last, but it sure wasn't me.
