private bedroom in 3bdrm 2bath townhouse in
Tucson, AZ the room is available Feb 1, if you
want to move in early a prorated rent can be
arranged.
The room is on the 2nd floor and shares 2nd floor
bathroom with Straight male roommate also on the
2nd floor.
The room rents for $300/mo plus 1/3 utilities &
1/3 WiFi & Cable TV Service. Security deposit is
1/2 months rent. Pets are allowed with a
nonrefundable $200 pet deposit in addition to
month's rent and security deposit.
The townhouse is near Tucson Mall. While I enjoy
hooking up with other men, this situation is for a
Gay/Bi man to share living expenses. Having a
roommate who is aware of my "extracurricular"
activities is important so as to not have any
surprises when I bring home an overnight/booty
call/hookup no judgements here please return the
