American student in England

So, once again I'm changing my "about me" section. Like everyone else, I'm constantly growing and changing. I like that. But, a few things about me seem to stay consistant - like my sarcasm (actually, that just becomes more refined and drier) and cynicism. I like any kind of comedian or comedy that is witty and intelligent - hence my favorite show of all time is Arrested Development. If you like that show, we'll be like peas and carrots. I'm studying Biochemistry at the University of Salford, just outside Manchester, England. I'm originally from the United States - Toledo, Ohio in fact. I like England - the drinking age is 18 and people like my accent. Really. Anywho, I have life goals and am a serious student, but overall I'm really laidback. I have an "I'll get to it when I get to it" attitude towards life. That may be good for my personality and social life, but my academics can suffer somtimes... especially when the promise of free booze lingers in the air. Shyte - now you're going to think I'm an alky. Yes, I enjoy a good pint, or two, or ten, but it's all social. I don't smoke (except when absolutely plastered) and I don't use drugs. I like to work out and stay healthy, and I'm on my school's rowing team here in L'Angleterre. I appreciate proper grammar, mechanics, and usage, and I can't get enough Twizzlers. Other likes: Jose Cuervo, Life Cereal, Cheesecake, Jaggermeister, Cannon Rebels, Supreme Pizza, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I also am partial to traveling and trying foods from different parts of the world (the wierder, the better might I add), learning languages, photography, history, reading, writing for my home university's newspaper, being political, being politically incorrect, random roadtrips with no real aim, and making fun of the British for all their amusing idiosyncracies. But uh - I'm not interested in people over 25. Also, the nerdier, the better. I'm quite the nerd I can relate chemistry to anything. Then make it sexual. Yes, I'm that guy.
